The SLHY horizontal ribbon mixer, integral to animal feed production in feed mills, is extensively employed for blending powdered materials to ensure the consistency and quality of the complete feed. Throughout the convection process facilitated by the feed mixing machine, two materials undergo a meticulous blending mechanism involving penetration and displacement. Subsequently, the materials mix thoroughly during the tumbling process on both sides, repeating this cycle multiple times. The final blending is achieved with the assistance of the unloading device, and the homogenized material is discharged through the designated discharge door.

2. The large spiral in the ribbon feed mixer restrains the dead corner of the machine, and there is no uneven mixing. The distance between the spiral ring and the machine is only 0.5 cm.
3. The material is fed from the top of the feed mixer and discharged at the lower end of the feed mixer, which is convenient and time-saving.
